How billing works
Sharpwork is a membership. You pay $29.99 to start, which includes your first 30 days. After that it is $6.97 per month until you cancel. One membership covers all five toolkits and all four platform editions.
All billing runs through Stripe in US dollars. Your card statement shows our own name. We do not bill in any other currency and we do not bill through any mobile wallet.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel whenever you like, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancel from your account page, or email support@sharpwork.ai from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your membership then runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund part of a period that has already started.
What happens to your access
When your membership ends, access to the kit hubs ends with it. The hubs are the product, so there is nothing to download and keep. If you rejoin later, your access comes back.
There is no money-back guarantee
Cancel-anytime replaces the 14-day money-back guarantee we offered under the old one-time pricing. Because the entry price is low and you can stop at any point, we do not run a refund guarantee.
If something actually went wrong, email support@sharpwork.ai and we will make it right. That covers a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or never getting access. We also look at genuine one-off situations case by case, as a matter of goodwill rather than policy.
Your statutory rights. This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any refund or cancellation rights you have under law that cannot be waived, including consumer protections that may apply where you live.
