We’re Chris Grant and Greg Rackow, the two people behind Sharpwork. Between us, we’ve spent our careers running real projects and operations — high-stakes, deadline-driven work where “pretty good” doesn’t cut it.
When AI tools showed up, we did what everyone does: opened a blank chat box and improvised. Hit or miss. And we kept seeing the same thing on our own teams — capable professionals losing hours to trial-and-error, or quietly not trusting what the AI handed back.
So we built what we wished existed: tested, guardrailed workflows for real professional work—not prompt theory. That’s Sharpwork.
Chris Grant
Chris is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) who leads strategic initiatives, with a background across project management, operations, and digital delivery. Hands-on technical training means he builds the workflows himself—which is why Sharpwork’s kits are made to be used, not admired. He leads product and workflow design.
Greg Rackow
Greg is a senior project manager in construction and infrastructure who has run a federal infrastructure program office and large commercial real-estate projects. A grounding in public administration shaped how he thinks about process, accountability, and getting complex work delivered on time—the discipline that makes each kit reliable rather than clever. He leads delivery and project-management rigor.
Who runs sharpwork.ai
Sharpwork is a two-person company, run by the two of us from Glenview, Illinois. We sell one product: a membership to the five Sharpwork AI Toolkits, $29.99 at signup including your first month, then $6.97 a month.
If you’re checking whether sharpwork.ai is legitimate, here is what you can verify. Billing runs through Stripe, in US dollars, under our own name. Cancelling is self-serve from your account page and takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, with the full policy published on our Billing & Cancellation page. Support mail goes to support@sharpwork.ai, and one of the two of us answers it.
Not connected to a similarly named company
An unrelated company with a near-identical name, “Sharpwork Technology Limited,” is registered in a different jurisdiction and has no connection to sharpwork.ai: no shared ownership, no shared payment processor, no shared products. If you’re looking into a charge from that name, our consumer notice explains what it is and how to cancel it.
