What you're subscribing to
Sharpwork sells access to digital AI workflow kits through a membership. One membership covers all five kits and all four platform editions. Each kit is delivered as an online hub, which is a set of web pages. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and there is no downloadable edition.
Price and billing
The membership is $29.99 to start, which includes your first 30 days, and then $6.97 per month until you cancel. Billing is handled by Stripe in US dollars, and your card statement shows our own name. Your payment method is charged automatically each month while the membership is active. We will tell you in advance if the price changes.
How access works
After your first payment completes, we email you an access link to your kit hubs. The email goes to the address you entered at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours (check spam first), write to support@sharpwork.ai and we'll sort it out.
Your license
Your membership gives you a single-user professional license for as long as it is active. That means:
- You may use the kits and everything in them within your own practice or work, including with your clients and colleagues as part of doing that work.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the kits or your access link.
- If several people on your team want their own access, each person needs their own membership.
- The license is tied to your membership. It ends when your membership ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your membership then runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your access ends on that date. We do not pro-rate or refund part of a period that has already started, and there is no money-back guarantee. The full details are in our Billing & Cancellation policy.
Updates
Content updates are included for as long as your membership is active, delivered through the same hubs and access link. When we revise a kit, you get the revision at no extra charge.
Changes to the kits
We may add, revise, or retire individual kits and workflows over time. We will not reduce the membership to fewer than the kits described above without telling members first.
Not professional advice
The kits are workflow and process material. They are not legal, accounting, financial, or other professional advice, and buying one does not create any professional-client relationship with Sharpwork. The kits show you how to use tools like ChatGPT in your work; anything those tools produce is your responsibility to review, verify, and approve before relying on it. You stay the professional in the loop.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpwork's total liability for any claim connected to a kit or these terms is capped at the amount you paid for that kit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
