That GCash charge isn't from us

If "Sharpwork Technology Limited" charged your GCash wallet, that charge did not come from sharpwork.ai. Here's what we know, and what you can do about it.

Did sharpwork.ai charge my GCash account?

No. Sharpwork (sharpwork.ai) does not use GCash and cannot charge a GCash wallet. We sell one-time AI Toolkits for professionals, billed in US dollars through Stripe, with no subscriptions, no free trials, and no auto-debit of any kind. If your GCash statement shows a charge from "Sharpwork Technology Limited," it came from a different company that is not connected to this site.

Many people in the Philippines have searched that merchant name — the charge is often ₱899 — and found this website. That's why this page exists: to save you time, and to point you to the people who can actually help.

Is sharpwork.ai related to Sharpwork Technology Limited?

No. Sharpwork Technology Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong in June 2025. It has no connection to sharpwork.ai — we have no affiliation with it, no visibility into its charges, and no ability to cancel or refund them. The similar name is the only thing we share.

How do I stop the charge and ask for my money back?

Only GCash can help with a GCash charge. Here is the short version:

  1. Never pay a fee to get a refund. If anyone asks you to send money, buy a load, or enter your card or PayPal details so they can "process your refund," stop — a real refund never costs money. That request is a scam.
  2. Remove the merchant's permission to charge you. In the GCash app, look under your linked accounts or auto-debit arrangements and unlink "Sharpwork Technology Limited" so it cannot charge you again.
  3. Report the charge to GCash. Use the GCash Help Center or the GCash hotline 2882, and do it soon — GCash's help pages describe a 15-day window for disputing unauthorized transactions. Have the transaction date, amount, and reference number ready.
  4. If the charges continue, ask GCash to block the merchant and consider reporting it to your local authorities.

How do I know whether a charge is a real Sharpwork purchase?

A real purchase from sharpwork.ai is a one-time charge of $197 in US dollars, processed by Stripe, with a receipt emailed by Stripe and a kit-delivery email from support@sharpwork.ai. If your statement shows Philippine pesos, GCash, a free trial, or a recurring subscription, the charge did not come from us.
