What you pay
Sharpwork is a membership. You pay $29.99 once at signup, and that payment includes your first month. After your first month it is $6.97 per month until you cancel. One membership covers all five toolkits and all four platform editions.
There are no other charges. We have no setup fees, no per-toolkit charges, and no usage charges.
What appears on your card statement
A Sharpwork charge is processed by Stripe and appears on your statement under our own name, as SHARPWORKAI.
We bill in US dollars through Stripe, never through GCash or any e-wallet. If a charge is not in US dollars, or the merchant name is not ours, it did not come from us.
How cancelling works
You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Sign in at your account page and cancel through the Stripe customer portal, or email support@sharpwork.ai from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that date. We do not pro-rate a period that has already started. The full policy is on our Billing & Cancellation page.
One standing rule
We will never ask you to pay a fee to receive a refund. Anyone who asks you to send money, buy a load, or share card details so a refund can be "processed" is not us.
